As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, helping them understand our company values, processes, and expectations.

📋 Job Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Create and deliver onboarding programs and materials tailored to new employees' roles.
• Conduct orientation sessions and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
• Assist with the setup of new hires' workstations and access to necessary systems.
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure new employees are integrated into their teams.
• Monitor and evaluate the onboarding process to identify areas for improvement.
• Act as a point of contact for new employees, addressing their questions and concerns.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

What You Bring:

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or a similar field.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other HR technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
